Reading
We read 3 penguin plays that we are going to perform for our parents. They have some funny scenes in them! We also read Flash, Crash, Rumble and Roll. It was about weather. We learned how to be safe around lightning.

Math
We have been practicing how to carry and regroup when adding. We worked on telling time and counting money everyday. Everyone had to solve a very hard math problem about snowballs! Yesterday, we started counting to 1,000! We had to write numbers and then solve problems that made a picture of an animal!

Science/Social Studies
We put a solid in the liquid water and it bubbled! Then we put an ice cube in a bag we hade a race to see who could melt it the fastest. We are learning about solids, liquids, and gases and how they change.
